Great read discussing the possibility of the NFL and also the emotions of the game. Some high praise for Coach Hazell and his pregame meal speech.

Brewster says he's returning for senior year
By TIM MAY

Junior center Michael Brewster said today he will return for his senior season at Ohio State.
?I want to be a leader on this team in the 2011 season, and I think I?m ready for that,? Brewster said.
Leadership for the 2011 Buckeyes is in a state of flux at the moment, with five junior stalwarts ? quarterback Terrelle Pryor, running back Dan Herron, receiver DeVier Posey, left tackle Mike Adams and defensive end Solomon Thomas ? facing a five-game suspension to start the season, though OSU is in the process of appealing those suspensions.
Personal improvement is also one of Brewster?s goals, even if he was named first team All-American by the Football Writers Association of America this season.
?This was really my first season understanding how to play center,? said Brewster, a third-year starter who was a high school All-American tackle in Orlando, Fla. ?I made a lot of progress, and I think I can make that much more progress with another year at Ohio State.
?Then I think I will be really ready for the NFL. I think it will make me that much more confident about making the step to the next level.?

I'm guessing he is a "lock" to be one of the captains next year.

Kiper has Brew as his no. 1 center for the 2012 draft...

Analysis: This is the same list that ended the year, too. Most people expected to see Pryor and the Ohio State passing game develop this season, but the offense under coach Jim Tressel always will be about pounding the football, and Brewster has been a key to that. Ask Michigan. Keep an eye on Molk out of UM. He has decent athleticism and has been a big part of the improvement in that running game. Brady Hoke will probably power it ahead more to some extent, and Molk could catch more eyes that way.

Mel Kiper is an idiot. Nothing more than an entertainer. I read a number of completely free blogs that are ten times more knowledgeable than any of the drivel he utters. Yes, I agree that he is right about Brewster being the #1 C prospect; but he even manages to sound ignorant with his analysis of that.

Sorry for the random rant, I just really %&@#ing hate Kiper. Also, his hair is stupid.

On another note, GO BUCKS!!
