OL Evan Lisle (transfer to Duke Blue Devils)

I've been re-watching the Under Amour All American Game and Lisle had a monster performance that day. Most of their big runs came behind him when he would pull and the RB would follow in his path.

He's going to be a good one! Looking forward to seeing him is scarlet and gray.

FORMER HIGHLY-TOUTED RECRUITS WITH SOMETHING TO PROVE IN FALL CAMP

EVAN LISLE
Ohio State's offensive line play over the past three years is, arguably, the best and most consistently high-performing stretch from any position group in program history. So, it's not surprising Lisle has yet to see the field, regardless of his injuries.

That may change this season. In spring practice, the former four-star offensive lineman spent time with the first-team at right guard due to injuries.

While the line is set at both left guard – Billy Price – and on the right side – Pat Elflein – Lisle can swing between the two in case of injury. Plus, Lisle was an Army All-American tackle coming out high school, so he is capable of playing there should any health concerns arise at either tackle spot.

That's not very good analysis or information on how Lisle is progressing as a player.

There's a reason he was moved to guard despite being a tackle in high school.

I'm sure Lisle could play tackle, just like Bryant Browning could- that doesn't mean it would be a very good move for the team pending more information on how he's actually doing currently as opposed to high school.

This one really puzzled me...really thought Evan would be a stud here. Best of luck wherever he goes though and best wishes for his future.
There's a few guys a long the O line that haven't got much PT in the few years that they've been at OSU, who I'm also surprised about. Evan was certainly one of them. Shows more how recruiting is still just a crapshoot. Best of luck to him, but I see Davis sliding in and replacing him fine

I hear you. They aren't out of time quite yet, but Knox and Burrell are in the same boat. OL is just a really hard position to project.
