I thought it was the other way around, and Bowen was going to be looked at as OG and Schmidt at OT. Regardless, this will be a big commit and underrated as the skill players get all the publicity, but getting a solid 2 deep rotation of guys for the Oline will be a big improvement and a difference between us being in the hunt for an NC in the playoff or just playing in a bowl game
At 6'7, I would imagine Bowen is a tackle unless he has elite knee bend and leverage. Schmidt is closer to 6'5 and would be more capable of sliding down imo unless I am way off on their skill sets.
