Too soon old, too late smart
Taped tOSU v MD game. Well, tuned in for the final quarter and a half. Heard that the Lady Bucks had been up by 19, but when I tuned in, our girls were behind, and stayed there. MD has the genie working for them, they were running in threes from everywhere, by everyone, and there was ALWAYS a hand in their faces. Saw some calls made, that weren't even close, but ref made them for MD. Seemed when our players made contact, whistle blew, but when theirs did, it was play on. OK, well know that a game shouldn't be close enough that a ref's call decides the outcome. On the plus side (I believe), when camera panned on tOSU players walking off the floor, there was looks of determination/anger/etc in all their eyes. Not sure that McDuff is a 'win one for the Gipper' kinda guy, but their faces said it all. Not a great week end, given the men's loss to VA, and wrestlers stopping by PSU, and now MD squeaking by the Buckeyes. Maybe stay from the East coast for awhile?

Playing like shite tonight. Shooting is abysmal and Defense isn't getting it done. Down 31-35 in the 3rd to Minnesota. Yuck
Edit: 33-43 now 4 min left in the 3rd. Defense has only caused 3 turnovers! That's the fewest I've personally seen in the McGuff era. Yikes

Closed it down to 4 then missed everything except Jaloni lay ups rest of the quarter. Down 11 going to the 4th not looking good. Tired legs about all I can figure but they have had a lot of weeks with only 1 game. The Defense is not is normal self

If he's lost this team then its time to cut him loose. Another uncharacteristic start to a game and we're behind to USC in the second quarter 29-25. WTF has happened to their energy and overall effort?

Only shot 13 3's today at a decent but noit great clip. The turnovers lately have been way up. At least we were causing them more today which is what this teams been predicated on for some time now. Hopefully that flu shit thats been killing the boys isnt going around. Rest up girls and be ready for war next game.
