Too soon old, too late smart
He recruited just fine until a few years ago. Became enamored with shooters (Kelsey Mitchell), and with the exception of Mavunga (sp?), a transfer, really didn't get anyone until Dorkas, and Allyia (sp?). Now both have transferred, and there's only one body under the basket. JC, have you really seen any real coaching on the sidelines? At other places, the assistants grab their position groups during timeouts, and the coach is more vocal during the game. Haven't seen any of that. Maybe McGuff's someone's brother-in-law? He and Beal seem to be under performing for what tOSU stands for. Or do you have another opinion? Go Bucks!

Kevin Warren is an ass
Ohio State's Rebeka Mikulasikova won the opening tip and scored the first seven points of the game as the Buckeyes (11-3, 3-2 Big Ten) rolled to a 74-61 win over Northwestern (10-4, 2-1 Big Ten).
Mikulasikova finished the game with 16 points and 12 rebounds for her second double-double of the season.

Too soon old, too late smart
Looks like I'm trying to hammer home a point about McGuff's lack of sideline coaching. Watched the men's game against PSU, and guess what? On timeouts, the asst coaches were talking it up after head coach had his say. Also compare with Holtzmann was out, and how the assts especially Pedron, worked with the team. Impressive. Would that would transfer to the women's sideline. Does one realize how this team would look without Mikesell as a graduate addition? Not seeing a tremendous consistency from the 'bench players'. Anyway, Go Bucks!

Kevin Warren is an ass
The coach for the men's basketball team at Ohio State is Chris Holtmann and while he was out with Covid so was his top assistant Pedon. The man in charge was Jake Diebler who was assisted by Mike Netti. You need to keep your facts straight while you are getting bent over the woman's program.

While you are absolutely correct, I believe the fact he was most trying to emphasize is that the women's BB program is underachieving and appears to be in a downward trajectory.

The interesting thing is that the women's team is 13-3 overall, 5-2 in conference, and in 4th place in the Big Ten. While the men's team is 11-4 overall, 5-2 in conference, and in 4th place in the Big Ten.
