Game Thread Ohio State vs Northwestern, 10/29/16, 3:30pm ET ESPN/WatchESPN

This offense is predicated on running the ball. If we can't do that consistently everything becomes a struggle.

Need to blow some guys off the ball and open holes. It's not happening nearly enough.
But the running play calls suck....why run Samuel up the middle, seriously why? We run the same fucking plays week in and week out. At this point I don't know if it is stupidity or stubborness....

This is what baffles me. They're taking forever to make play calls, and then JT is checking and adjusting with individuals on the line, taking it under 5 a lot of the time. Why? What is the holdup with the plays?

I think it was @RobotParty who mentioned that this was what Warriner did at Kansas. They let the defense line up and then make adjustments that are relayed down to the QB. Then the QB makes those adjustments. But it's taking forever and isn't working. Just seems to be leading to a sleepy offense.
