If Urban can't light a fire under their asses, then there's nothing else that can be done. This is heading towards a loss, and at this rate...I don't like the rest of the schedule.

These guys aren't getting beat out there, they are making stupid mistakes in their job assignments. Could be youth or whatever, I don't know but it sucks.
