I'll cut the ref on the field some slack. He has to make a call seeing it once, and if he doesn't throw a flag and it IS a head shot he's in trouble.

The replay clown, on the other hand...

I don't. I can throw a flag a good 5 seconds after the play as well. Watch the play not the reaction to it. Terrible refs try to anticipate and look at a reaction and not the play itself....
