Run the Ball, Win the Game (The Ozone, 25 November 2019)

Going back to 2002, the team that has rushed for more yards per carry in The Game has won. Every single time.
Actually, this holds true for every year since 2001.

Here's a table showing yards rushing for each team for each year 2001 to 2018, with the yardage leader (and Game winner) in bold:
YearOhio State RushMichigan Rush
2001137 yards117 yards
2002140 yards121 yards
200354 yards170 yards
2004205 yards71 yards
2005118 yards32 yards
2006187 yards130 yards
2007229 yards15 yards
2008232 yards111 yards
2009251 yards80 yards
2010258 yards182 yards
2011137 yards277 yards
2012207 yards108 yards
2013393 yards152 yards
2014233 yards121 yards
2015369 yards57 yards
2016206 yards91 yards
2017226 yards100 yards
2018171 yards161 yards

In the 18 games combined, Ohio State has rushed for 3,753 yards, for an average of 208.5 yards per game; while Michigan has rushed for 2,096 yards, for an average of 116.4 yards per game; in other words, Ohio State is averaging 92.1 more rushing yards per game than Michigan.

In 11 of the 18 games, Ohio State's leading rusher equalled or out-gained Michigan's entire team.

Ohio State has broken the 200-yard mark 11 times (twice over 300 yards), while Michigan managed to break the 200-yard mark just once.

Ohio State has had three running backs break the 200-yard mark: Chris Wells (222 yards in 2007); Carlos Hyde (226 yards in 2012); and Ezekiel Elliott (214 yards in 2015).

The degree of hyperbole used by the media to describe OSU’s performance against PSU and blue cunt’s last 10 quarters is just unreal.

Ohio state “struggled.”

Struggle = to never trail and to win by double digits.

Blue cunts: has matched’s OSU’s dominance since the 2nd half of a game they lost.

Why am I doing this to myself?

I need to focus on food and get the fuck off YouTube
