The pedsters are getting mudholed by Denver. Denver will be a tough game, but I like the matchup. The only real area that they top us is in speed. As long as we don't get sucked into racing up and down the ice with them, I like our chances. Throw Dakota and a couple of our other bigs into their lanes and jam them the fuck up. We'll get some penalties, but we have the best penalty kill in the country.
If we get past them, we'll face either a 3 or a 4 seed in St Paul. The biggest difference is that UM-Duluth would have a big home ice advantage at Excel. We ARE rooting for Air Force later tonight.
And yes, we could conceivably play tsun in the Final and hang the Six on them.
