Most of those teams fit their schemes to their personnel. UFM has consistently refused to do so. We saw it in 2015 and we're seeing it again in 2018. It takes either a special athlete (Zeke) or a QB who fits the scheme (JT, Braxton) to make it go. If the QB runs die, there's nothing else that works. UFM needs to adjust his scheme or it is dead.

The oline sucks, that's the issue. They've made tons of schematic changes to the offense through the season.
