The Houston game is relevant because even though Tom Herman is a genius, (I heard he was a member of MENSA!), and coached at Iowa St, he applies many similar tactics and techniques as tOSU under Meyer, with a fraction of the talent. Also, Urban may not be a genius, but he's probably top 7 or 8 HC in the Big Ten.
