We talk about TSUN because Iowa, no matter what the [censored] is on the line, is still TSUN. Iowa is irrelevant. Chalk up a win and look towards the game that really matters, no matter the record. The same game that I'm willing to lose the first real job I've had in a year. [censored] TSUN...and yeah, Iowa too.

Rose Bowl? Cool.
5th straight B10 championship? Cool.

Beating the [censored] out of TSUN? You're god damn right.

Dangit Kyle...I wish you would learn how to say what you really feel!

Theres one reason I know we are gonna beat the snot out of Iowa...Senior Day. I guarantee the defense will look like the blitzkrieg to a new starting QB at the shoe. Bring heat and bring it often. I would not be suprised if this game was over by half-time. The team is starting to click...kinda like late in 2004 when Smith started to come alive.

The is the cake and the prom queen boys. We win this and it will now be the Big 1 and little 10. I don't see shit changing that the next 2 seasons either.

I want to see Zach Boren knock Pat Angerers ass on the ground time after time...dirty birds have been squackin and now its time to back it up. They seem to believe Claiborne is gonna own TP...bring it bitches. We will see who has the best defense!!!

Ohio State didn't go into the Purdue game with any type of mentality even close to what they will against scUM. JT eats, breathes, lives, and dies to beat rivals.... especially scUM. As far as Purdue not being better... they did just beat scUM at the out house correct? And if you watch the end they had a phantom kick catch call that allowed it to be close at the end. Purdue has the same record as scUM but is alot better team. Their defense is years better than scUM. The rest of the year gives us focus for each of the last 3 games.... Big 10 title-send the seniors out the right way at home/ Beat scUM for pride- keep them out of a bowl AGAIN-send the Seniors out perfect(4-0)/ win a bcs bowl game-get the momentum rolling for the title run next year. Iowa couldn't score against Northwestern after Stanzi went down....I think this game gets REALLY ugly. RB/QB/O linemen out. Our boys will be ready and focused this week.... they will be more than ready and focused for next week... then it's time to get prepared for a great bowl game.

Seriously, I always get a bad feeling the game before Michigan week because of how anxious we all get for The Game. Look what happened in 2007. Campus was littered with all of this Beat Michigan stuff a week early. I know as well as anybody that we fucking hate those skunk bears but we have to fucking take care of business.
Now this is arguably the biggest game of the season right here. Lets fucking do this shit. Lets get jacked up for Iowa, lets make sure the players know it too. I'm trying to go to Pasadena!!
[/:Taos:] Roses are red, buckeyes are too. Lets get to the rose bowl, and lets win WooHoo! :tongue2::p [/:Taos:]

You won't have to worry about the players getting fired up for Iowa....

They know a Rose Bowl Birth is on the line... I think that should do it.

We were talking athletically. Not team.

Unless you're talking about something I missed.

I just call em how I see em.

I actually saw the game twice because nothing else was on at 6 am on Sunday and watching scUM lose is better than having the tv off. I mean if you took the guys to a track and field competition and had them position for position compete... I have no clue what would happen... but Purdue looked more athletic on Saturday. And I enjoyed it.

The thing that frustrates me is that the sports news media keeps on harping how the BIG TEN is a middle of the road conference and it will never be known how strong they are until all the college bowls are finished. Then and only then, do they make thier judgement calls, on where the Big Ten stands.

So i look at this game as the BIG ONE to put Ohio State back in the lime-light of college football. Ricky Stanzi still may have an outside chance of playing for Iowa. Kirk Ferentz is a fierce competitor of college coaches known in the Big Ten. And Jim Tressel knows this.

He has much respect for Iowa.... Tressel is in a position to take complete control of the reigns of Ohio State football once again. Even though there are still doubters out there saying that his offense is still - very bland.

The game plan for OHio STate is in place for Jim Tressel and his staff. Special teams are gearing up. The defense is gaining confidence in thier offensive brothers to hold there own come Saturday. If we win this one against the Hawkeyes, then we can move on to the BIG ONE at the Outhouse. So if we Win the next 2 games and prove to the college world that Ohio State is still
in the upper bracket of college football powers, then it will be another six weeks of worrying and wondering if we can make a difference. Ohio State is in a good position to make a run at a N/C for the year of 2010. Going to the Rose Bowl could be very HUGE and lets hope that this can be our goal for all of BUCKEYE NATION followers.

one for the thumb is on the line here for the redshirt seniors, I hope they get it done.

I have a hawkeye buddy at work who I am going to have to mess with all week. I am going to slip some magnets on his car after work today. I had him driving around for a week earlier this year with the little Buckeye helmet guy on his antennae, till another dude walked in front of it while talking to him and gave it away...

:shake:

Wow. Just over at an Iowa board. However confident we are they are even more so - that WE will win.

I can't imagine being in their situation and not believing you have a chance.

probably because you can't imagine being a fan of a team that has won 52.6% of the games they have played in, it's basically a 50/50 shot for them historically, and they are way over due for some L's this season

also, they just lost to Northwestern at home, we just kicked Penn State's ass on the road, they come to our house for the Big Ten title without their starting QB and their back up looked awful

That's overall, as you know.

Their record against Ohio State all time is 14-44-3.

I can't imagine Iowa beating us. But how depressing it must be to be playing for the Rose Bowl and undisputed Big Ten championship - all on one game - and not buy in to the possibility.

I mean, you are living in Iowa. You HAVE to dream!
