If justin.tv doesn't work, the game will be on ESPN America, but it will not be shown live. It is being shown Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.

List of hotels which carry ESPN America

A lot of the pubs may not be open that early, but some may be open for breakfast. I went to a couple of the websites and the earliest of those opened at 10 a.m. You might have better luck with the hotels. They may have a cafe which is open for breakfast and has a tv or you could book a room for Saturday (confirm that the checkout time allows you to watch the game).

ESPN360 will have it. It'll cost you EUR 10 to watch it, but for that you do get a reliable stream (which can't always be said for justintv, streamtorrent or sopcast) and to see it live.

If that's too expensive for you, head here on gameday for a selection of free links.
