That little pool of stagnant bong water that you refer to as a, "university"

I somehow doubt this is what Clarity had in mind when he posted last week about being welcoming to opposing fans and holding this site to a higher standard.

Seriously, I mean everyone knows that 'shrooms are the drug of choice in Athens!

It's funny to me that he would point out admission standards from the past as a "burn."
Our incoming freshmen have an ACT score range (middle 50%) of 25 ? 30. (Link)
OU has an ACT score range (Middle 50%) of 21-26 (Link)

To claim OU brings in a better grade of student is laughable. Having to go back thirty years to try and "hurt our feelings" is fucking funny.

And I thought I hated Duke! Your level of hatred towards OU is rather frightening, ORD. I am actually thinking of rooting for OSU just so I don't have to see what you do if the Bobcats were to win.

I understand that you have every right to feel that way, and clearly some of the fans deserve that treatment. But seriously, lay off the academics. OU is a great institution that has been very good to me and gave me a great education. To say otherwise is just stupid. That is one of the reasons I ended up down in Athens rather than Columbus or Happy Valley.

I would also like to appologize on behalf of Ohio University for producing Jay Marriotti. If it is any consolation, we hate him too.

Rooting for your alma mater is certainly not discouraged but when you cross a line like Dahmer did with both his posts you get abused and run out of here. Don't take it personal but when an outsider brings unfounded smack against the faculty along with nothing of substance (football related) to the table, well see ya!...failure to communicate.

I think I speak for everyone on BP that intelligent football conversation from new posters especially from opposing teams is what makes this forum the best around. Period. (see sharkonwheels) I agree that ORD might come across a bit um, scary...but his posts usually leave me spewing coffee in laughter. :slappy: I find his POV and insight worthwhile and consider him an extremely valuable and essential contributor to the BP community.

Just my 2 cents...

I know, and for the most part I love his input too. Just seemed to be going over the top recently. (Although I am sure that has more to do with the last troll)

It was, and any offense to our ou alums was purely collateral damage. I think ou is a fine college and one that has a role to play in the state's system. I hate their adminstration though. I hate them for thinking that their role is really Ohio State's and scheming with Of Ohio to try and usurp that role. That doesn't translate in any way to individual ou alumni...not even the pathetic crowd over at bobcatattack. They just amuse me....like fucking clowns. Hell,I even think it's perfectly natural for the ou slums here to root for their alma mater this Saturday.

Dahmer, from his screen name to his accusations of Ohio State lying about their Nobel affiliations, was a pure troll who scurried over here from that rat's nest of a message board,,so I opened up with both barrels.
