In the mid 1990's, LeShun Daniels Sr. was a guard for The Ohio State University, which led to a brief career in the NFL. Two decades later, his youngest son James has put on his father's #76 looked to make a name for himself as a center in his sophomore season. Little time was wasted as Warren G. Harding's first game of the season was against Austintown Fitch, the school of Buckeye-to-be Billy Price, who is a stud on the defensive front. While Fitch won the game 24-10, Daniels more than held his own against Price in a performance that including two pancake blocks. That game set the tone for what turned out to be a solid season for Daniels as he helped WGH establish a solid rushing attack. FWIW, his older brother, LeShun Jr. (Boston College commit), rushed for 1,570 yards & 15 TDs this season as WGH went from a 2-8 record in 2011 to a 9-2 finish in 2012.
