We have some obvious needs. I doubt we will be able to resign Justin Smith, so DE becomes a concern. Any big body on the DL to help stop the run would be helpful. Depending on what happens with Pollack and Odell, LB is an area of need also.

McShay projects Tank Tylor, DT from N.C. State.

I'll post any projections as I find them. More important, what is your insight?

Marvin Lewis on our needs.

Q: Where are your needs?
A: We will continue to develop our young talent on defense and supplement where we are on offense. We've got a little bit of age some places on defense (line, cornerback).
We've got to make sure we get some young players there and, frankly, players who play more productive ...

I don't know if they need to "focus" on talent, but I think Marvin Lewis needs to seriously punish these guys for getting into trouble. Take a stand and make an example of someone, because to someone like me, it looks like he's letting the inmates run the asylum.

I agree. Trade the jokers who have any trade value, cut the ones who don't. I doubt it would make us any worse than 8-8.

But, this is off target. There is an open Bengals chat for this. Let's stick with draft info here.

Henry is great and all, but if we could get a second round pick (:wink2: ) out of him, there is no reason to hang on to him. We've proven we can find the gems when we have the picks. Get anything for em and say goodbye.

Was Odell Thurman punished by the NFL or Lewis? He was suspended the entire season so that was a huge blow to the Bengals LB corps.
