If we win out in the regular season, which will probably happen, then win the B10 tourny should the Bucks get a #1 seed? B10 is the top ranked conference in college basketball and we would be 25-4.
I think we should get the last #1 seed if that happens. I can't see 2 #1 seeds coming from the same conference (Big East).

UConn and Nova both deserve their 1 seed, as does Dook. The 4th spot is up for grabs between Texas, Gonzaga, Memphis and OSU.OSUScoonie12 said:

OSU has been moved to Dook's bracket in Atlanta. Not good news. Illinois apparently has been stroking ESPN because they just jumped back up to a 2 seed, despite playing like crap down the stretch. What's worse is that they apparently are getting the easiest 1 seed while OSU is getting the hardest.
Of course they are in Dayton. Their trip to the Elite 8: Delaware St, Washington/Creighton, NCState/Syracuse/LSU/Winthrop.
I'd love to see the 'cuse take on OSU. They won't get past NCState or LSU though.

Not sure on Nova, just yet. THey still have to play @ Cuse which could be a tough game b/c it is on the road and Cuse' could be looking for a big win to push themselves in. Then they have the Big East tourney which no game is going to be a pushover.
I thik the only locks at the moment are Dook, and probably UCONN.

I agree with you and their young guards seem to be growing up in a hurry.
I think we could win, but it woudl be a very hard fought game.
Honestly every game in the tourney will be hard fought, but that is the good thing about the big ten, it prepares you for games like that.

I am not saying they havent proven as of now, but there is a chance that they could lose it, with a lose to Cuse' and an early exit in the Big East tourney.
Cuse is a tough place to play and they are going to need that game to really cement a place in the tourney, and they always have a chance with Jimmy B as the coach. Have faith in your team.
If we win the Big Ten regular season and tourney or Texas wins the Big 12 tourney and Nova loses to Cuse and takes an early exit in the Big East tourney they will be hard pressed to get a #1 over those two teams.
That would give them loses in 3 of their last 4 games. Hardly a team deserving of a # 1. WIll it happen, I wouldnt bank on it, just saying they have not cemented it yet.

Well I would say losing at Cuse' has a higher probability than losing at NW or losing to Purdue.

They only sure locks like people have said already are Duke and UConn.
If OSU gets a #1 or #2 seed i just hope they don't have to play LSU or UNC to get to the Elite Eight. Those two teams are dangerous right now and could probably beat just about anyone at the moment.
