With the 31st pick in the second round, 63rd overall, the Seattle Seahawks select cornerback, from the University of Texas, Cedric Griffin.

Losing Andre Dyson in free agency was a tough blow to the Seattle defensive backfield, and a big cornerback like Cedric Griffin (6'2", 195 lbs) will be first in line to replace him.

So much for my third round steal. Speaking of the third round, isn't it about time that showed up in one of the lame-duck commish's posts? :wink2:

He the rescinds the trade demand after he hears of the new GM flying all the way to Texas to lay a bar-stool beat-down on the ass-clown that pointed this out

J/K Lonesome...I guess some people don't miss anything. Anyway, his new nickname is now "Mercedes", because he's sleek, fast, runs like a machine, and is now rich. Yeah, that's it. Really it was.

yeah, bitch of it is that I really have no room to be a spelling natzi.

BN27 I have PMd you a selection, but you should only use this if 7 45 33 48 does not chime in. I can then try to make arrangements for him to cover Rds 3 & 4.
Greg Eslinger it is. If 7 45 33 48 wanted a pick he should have sent it in while he was online last night.

3RD ROUND!!!!!!!!!!!

The Steelers picked Greg Eslinger Center from Minnesota in the 2nd round because they still need to look to the future at that position. Though Hartings was signed to a one-year extension they need talent to fill this spot for the future. Greg Eslinger is probably the best technician at Center and will fill this slot well.
