Official 2006 BP Mock Draft Thread

Voting time again. Team needs based on footballsfuture.com's list are RB, DLine, LB, OGuard, TE. My vote is towards the DLine.

Jonathan Lewis, DT, Virginia Tech is the highest DT left on nfldraftcountdown.com's list. There's no other thought process going into this pick.

btw...voting can start without me.

Does that take into acocunt that they signed Ryan Pickett as a free agent?

Geez, Jon probable worked last night. At least let him wake up and check online before you just take over his pick.

Or is someone antsy and wants to get Oakland on the clock ASAP?

Charles Spencer, OG Pittsburgh

Best OL left on our board, and we already took an OT, now we grab up a great OG. We really REALLY need help on our OL. There is no doubt about it. There is a reason the Green had a great year two years ago, and then last year the running game just disappeared, it's because of the loss of Marco Rivera and Mike Wahle, and just ignoring those losses and not trying to fill the gaps with quality players. Maybe if Green Bay could block, they'd actually be able to run a little, and Spencer is a GREAT run blocker. He has great speed and mobility for his size. He has a huge upside, as he is still very raw as it wasn't until his Junior year that he was moved to OL, but he really took off at the position.

Thats cool....I think I'm going to shut this down over Easter break. If somebody wants to make a pick and it's their turn, feel free. There will just not be a running clock.

San Fran sent me a list for their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round picks. Demario Minter was on their list for 2nd and was still available, so he is the pick.

The Raiders pick Terna Nande. I completely expect this to be the pick for OLB if they can't get Hawk or trade down for Sims. He is a workout freak that Al Davis loves (how many times can that be said? :smash: ). GB made this pick easier by taking Charles Spencer (bastard).

Buffalo is "on the clock", with no time limit until Monday.

With the eighth selection of the third round, the Arizona Cardinals select Jonathan Scott OT TEXAS, The Cardinals love the size and speed of the big fella. The Cardinals can definetly add someone of this talent to a line that has traditonaly struggled. Leonard Davis can now move back over to his natural guard position and Jonathan will compete for a starting tackle spot. Edge and Kurt Warner are smiling.
