Man, 25 free throws at the end of practice is IT?!

When I played in HS - we had to shoot a total of 100 free throws and for every one we missed we had to run the length of the floor. We usually did them 20 at a time so you were running and then shooting with dead legs as you would in a game.

Needless to say we were an excellent free throw shooting team.
