To me, the Ohio State person of the game was Thad Matta.

I love the way that he did not let the refs jobbing Ohio State get to him, smiling his way through it.

The moment of the game, a real teachable moment for anyone who wants to be a successful coach, was the way he greeted his team coming off the court at the end of regulation time. He was relaxed, positive, and grinning from ear to ear. They were all smiling and relaxed before they sat down to discuss their strategy for the overtime. Contrast that look on his face and his demeanor to that of VLLLoyd and John Cooper when losing in The Game.

Really first class coaching. Well done, Thad Matta!

Q: Does anyone know if Mirkovic has Tourrets or something, or does he just like to cluck like a chicken when he's sitting on the bench? Dude definitely has some sort of tic going on with his neck. I hadn't noticed it before today.

My thoughts on the game today...Sherna has the ugliest shot I've ever seen that actually goes in. How does he even get that off?

Sully looked very frustrated early on but fought through it to come up big with the free throws. Kid is very mature for a freshman.

Thank goodness Craft decided to score today.

Where'd Diebs shot go? Guess we couldn't expect him to shoot the lights out forever.

The guys played a lot of minutes today in a physical game. Tourney time is when we'll see if not having much of bench will take it's toll.

A win is a win...especially during tournament time.

Proud of the guys for fighting through an awful shooting night and doing enough to win...the Bucks defense at the end was very intense. You'll have off shooting nights, but there's never an excuse to have an off night playing d...it's all about heart.

Go Bucks...beat scUM!

Couple of quick observations from todays game, might have been mentioned already:

#1 Maize rage: Douchers, the decision to put them next to the Nut House provided some lols..and almost certainly will provide even more when were are blowing them out tommorow.

#2 Northwestern Student Section: M.I.A...no seriously did anyone see them? I saw OSU, Michigan, Illinois and even some of Purdue's student section that had filed in early, couldn't see any sign of Northwestern purple where a student section would even be.

#3 Buckeye Man or whatever the fuck he calls himself: Continued embarrassment to the program. It's cool that the guy dresses up for games and does his little thing but ffs cut the attention seeking. Spot him sitting right in the middle of the handicap accessible section so the camera could easily find him :roll2: . You've been on tv 1000 times dude you don't need to go clamoring for more attention. (His other 2 counterparts aren't any better)

NW fanbase is so weak that even the players parents don't travel to their games
