No, you fucking moron...the bottom line is that ND and OSU had mutual open dates, OSU tried to schedule another home/away series with ND, and mighty "our SOS is so fucking tough" ND balked. Then your "unable to read a fucking calendar, orange creme magarita drinkin', I used to wrestle in high school" Charlie Weis blowin' ass tried to say it was because Nebraska filled those dates, and as usual I pummeled your ass.

So ND was supposed to add another game just because you think they should have ?? ND was not afraid to play Nebraska one of the best teams of the 90's so why would anyone think they would be afraid to play OSU. At that time OSU was not at Nebraska's level. ND needed to replace Michigan's spot on the schedule and they so with Nebraska, a team that was as good as you could get at that time. BTW.....You still don't scare me....

What everyone here needs to understand is that Weis was seriously uncomfortable with watching his "proud" program decline season after season while manning his post. (The feeling of being uncomfortable had very little to do with the mudpie in his boxers, so let's not focus on that.)

What the genius himself realized was that to get better, first he would have to be bad enough to improve. Why not start at the bottom?

Nah, I'm not that stupid, I know they just plain suck. Forgive me.

G'day Chief.

HARDLY... he isn't tough enough.

Some of us are not sure if we can agree or disagree with this statement. Please help us out here.

When a Notre Dame fanatic says "tough", does he mean this tough....

...or this tough...

... or are we all the way out here somewhere?

I have full confidence ND will return to great heights just as soon as they start videotaping opponent practices and hand signals. Give Charlie his schematic advantage and knowledge of what the other teams are going to do before they do it, and he can't be beat.

In other news, I'm told by some ND people I know that today was the best Sunday, April 27, 2008 in the HISTORY of Notre Dame football. (And yes, it's still before 10am... imagine how great it will be come midnight)

Ohio State wanted another home/away series with Notre Dame. Notre Dame refused. You claimed--numerous times--that it was because ND had no openings. I've shown--numerous times--that they indeed had mutual open dates, exposing your "no openings" claim as bullshit. Nebraska replacing Michigan on your schedule has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Notre Dame declined Ohio State's invite to play another series. Notre Dame's concerns about playing Ohio State became reality in the 2006 Fiesta Bowl when we ran up 617 yards.

Maybe they did have mutual open dates but ND needed to fill ONE game and they did so with Nebraska. Get that thru your thick head......

ND could have repaced Michigan with a weaker school but they decided to go with Nebraska who at that time was about as good as there was in the college football world.
