The next time a ND fan brings up academics, remind them that one of their 2020 recruits is a flat-earther.

Of course there is curvature. The earth is flat, but it is a circle.I hope that on their first trip to SoCal the pilot calls him up to the cockpit to see the curvature of the earth.
Notre Dame-Wisconsin tilt at Lambeau Field reportedly at night
Notre Dame and Wisconsin originally agreed to the unique quasi-home-and-home series back in 2017. Both contests will take place at NFL stadiums in the programs’ backyards, the first coming at Lambeau on Oct. 3, 2020. The return game will be at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Sept. 25, 2021.

Too bad it's this coming season and not last when Wiscy had some talent.
Solid academics, high visibility, storied program (whether or not anyone agrees that they are still deserving), worldwide alumni base.I continue to find myself surprised that any student athlete would consider going to such a mediocre program.
I agree with you due to my OSU bias, but @MililaniBuckeye made all the points for ND. Not to mention many of their commits/signees are from Parochial schools and/or grew up with some type adult in their life who has bonds to the school. They are essentially the catholic version of scUM, 2 schools holding on to their history, when they were relevant when most of these kids' parents or even grandparents were their age. They hold up a banner of academic superiority, yet most schools nowadays offer just as much post graduation as them both(i.e. I doubt a kid who played for and eventually graduates from UGA, UCLA, BC, Rutgers, etc is worrying about a job)I continue to find myself surprised that any student athlete would consider going to such a mediocre program.
