he's interviewing with shaap...now katie kourick

either way this thing worked out, the teo's had a plan to milk the publicity one way or another...

how long until teo gets a book deal
maybe they're not so dumb afterall. maybe they know he's over hyped as shit and he's only going to get 1 contract in the NFL. once that runs out, he'll have his book deal to fall back on.

How can you NOT be fascinated by this train wreck?

Real life soap operas are the best. You can't make this [Mark May] up.

Granted, it has nothing to do with sports. But it is great fun.

And to top it off, we were hoping someone driving this particular car might get hit by a train.

Even as a ND side-fan and former Te'o fan, I have to agree. I liked the guy but if you are this big of a lying piece of shit, you deserve to get exposed and it should happen with full justice. I just love how his family tries to blacklist a paper for showing an unflattering picture of Manti (which just accurately represented the butt plugging he received that night), only to be followed up with articles from every publication imaginable exposing him to be a complete and utter fraud.

He will defend himself vehemently for a few weeks saying he is the victim and inevitably, evidence will mount showing that he and the ND athletic department are psychopathic liars. And on top of that, likely psychopathic liars that were in on the hoax in some fashion in a much bigger role than what is being admitted to. I am about to drop ND as a whole, enough is enough...it makes me sick what lengths the enitre administration is going to to protect their supposed rebuilt legacy.

It's been said already, but NDs entire appeal is built on myths and legends. They haven't had one in awhile so along came Manti and his psycho family and friends. What better myth than a dying grandma, a dying girlfriend's wish and the media in lockstep behind them trumpeting what a special player and an even more special guy Te'o is?

I'm so over this at this point that it's laughable. He's a weird dude with weird friends and weird family members. They saw their shot and took it once this "joke" took off on its own. The fact that this is even news anymore is just dumb.

Was listening to 24/7 with Bill King this morning - they talked about this:

It. Never. Happened.

Georgia running back recruit Stanley Williams (Monroe, Ga./Georgia Walton Academy) said a recent report in which he said he had visited Notre Dame last weekend was "a big misunderstanding" and that he did not visit the South Bend, Ind., campus.

Blue and Gold Illustrated quoted Wiliams as saying he was at Notre Dame on Saturday, and "the visit went great."

"It was great to experience something new and different, and we had a great time at the game," Williams said, according to the website. "I had been looking forward to it for a while, and it was great to just get out there and see a new place. I plan on getting up there a couple more times in the future."

The article also said tight ends coach Scott Booker told him to expect an offer from the Irish soon
