Show me some examples of programs that were stripped of entire seasons for lying. Teams get nailed for doing things wrong, and then have that punishment increased for lying about it. You're calling for them to nuke an entire season for doing nothing of consequence and then lying about it for 4 months.

What exactly did they accomplish by that lie? A mild amount of sympathy and a feel-good story?

Not that there's anything wrong with it or anything...but I came to BP to find Ted Haggard. I hear he's on here from time to time, and he can help me make some money after my NFL career flames out because I can't actually tackle anyone...except Lennay, that is.
