Sorry, but your claim isn't borne out by the facts. Without Padgett, Louisville was only 7-3, and with him they are 19-5 (and that's even if you count the loss to UC in his first game back from injury). Losing him was just as big of a blow to UL as UD's injuries.

No! I have not seen Dayton play this year but I just took DaytonBuck on what he posted. Did you two want me to go out and look up to the shooting percentage of every player an individual post about... nevermind excuse my ignorance.

On the other topic regarding going to a box and one we have had a few guys go off on us this year but going into a box and one is a pretty significant change from just a plain zone defense. The one guy who is assigned to chase will not be very helpful at the offensive side of the floor plus the assignments are totally different. I am sure that Matta will make the guys communicate and extend to the side of the floor where Roberts might be at. Going to a gimmick defense at this time of the year when you have not done it all year is not a good idea.

He only played 12 last night and had 9-6-2... If he does that again we will be right in it... Especially if you don't chase Roberts on D...

Wright brings more than just offense... In fact, I'd argue that his biggest impact isn't on the offensive end... He's a tremendous help-side shot blocker and easily the best rebounder on the team... While he will get his points on offense, it's the rebounds and blocks that get the team going... It was Dayton's defense that was so good with him and keyed what they did on offense...

I would bet at least 40% UD... Everywhere I went around town today people were talking about it... Dayton is abuzz about this game...

I was thinking close to 30% but wouldn't be surprised if it were 40 or more. Big time buzz here in Vandalia, and these are equal opportunity tickets. Lots of red in the stands regardless of the ratio though. :biggrin:

I'm just messin with you LitBuck. It's all in good fun. I am a huge Dayton and a huge OSU fan. I am going to have to root for Dayton because $$$ spent on season tickets trumps all else.

I know UD fans are very faithful. Had in-laws who lived around Dayton and used to rave about UD. Peace:)
