And Bama is no different than Auburn. The football boosters run the university as evidenced by Bear's son being the most powerful member of their board of trustees. How is that any different than Pat Dye and Bobby Lauder running the show at Auburn? Football is ALL that matters to them as universities.

Saban's pulled an Auburn and taken in a violent criminal other SEC teams have banished.

Now he pulls his usual and cuts two guys who haven't panned out.

Yeah, I'd say he's a little desperate to get back at Urban
