IIRC he started the season as a backup/nickle because Gilmore and Diggs were the starting corners. He’s playing more since September because of Diggs’ injury.

Also, the NFL record for career Pick 6s is Rod Woodson with 12. Bland has five in a little over two months!

Yeah, Bland was the nickel corner until Diggs' injury. He got his first pick six from the slot thanks to a tipped ball by Diggs.
