Not sure he made those decisions, though. They did a lot of stuff to appease Aaron. Tim Boyle and Nathaniel Hackett were his buddies in Green Bay. One is a shitty back up QB and the other was a joke of a coach in Denver. Look how much better Russell Wilson is with Sean Payton - the numbers are night and day different.

I think Saleh was dealt a bad hand but I wouldn't be surprised if he's the scapegoat. He's a defensive coach and that side of the ball has been very good. The offense is a mess. They even paid Allen Lazard, another one of Aaron's friends. Saleh didn't do that.

Defensive coach or not he deserves some of the blame as the head coach when you spend the #2 pick on a QB and he can't even play close to average
