The NFL will have a new look this year when it comes to kickoffs. Owners voted this spring to overhaul the kickoff, hoping to revive a play that had little action last season after most kicks resulted in no returns.

OK, who likes the new rule change on kickoffs?

I'm not crazy about it, but I applaud the NFL in trying to reduce injuries. If injuries really occurred more on kickoffs (disproportionately), then I'm all for finding ways to fix it. Especially if those injuries were more skewed toward head/neck injuries.

It remains to be seen how much it changes the game. There may be other ways that I'd prefer this to go. I'd like a couple of regular season games to make a judgment.
