Same thing happened last year. The transition from 8th to 9th grade. I had a 2.6 the first quarter of my freshman year. I think it was just a problem balance-ling football and my studies. Even though this year I didn't play, I still attended all practices, film sessions, and weight sessions. Those last two years of getting the under 3.0's in the first nine weeks ruined my chances of being a scholar athlete this year and last. However after the season I pull it together and finish out the year with a 3.0 average.

uhh.... I didn't really want an answer. I guess I should have used the [sarcasm ]font[/sarcasm ].

I knew that was coming.

I started school late and was moved back into the second grade from the third. Its a confusing story, but basically I lived in Chicago, was in the 3rd grade and moved back to ohio. But what I was doing in Chicago in the third grade was considered 2nd grade here. So I had to move back.

Don't worry about me graduating, I'm in advanced math and social studies classes for my grade level. I'm not behind, hopefully I will have enough credits by mid-senior year to graduate early.

Also I'm not ashamed to say that I'm a little old for my grade level.

My mom even realized it, and thats why I got moved out of her class.

Glad to see your mommy took care of it for you. :roll1:

Did you ever think about getting your fellow classmates who were on her "shit list" and approaching the administration about a review of her teaching practices?

In most districts a teacher who gives too many F's is tracked by the district to see if unfair teaching practices are taking place.
