Please, TG05. Just walk away from this idiocy. I am begging, pleading, imploring, and cajoling of you: stay away from this thread. Stop responding and it will go away.

I did all of the assignments, but I got bad grades on my test(30% of my grade) and quiz(20%). So with the low number of assignments, made it so that if you messed up one assignment, it could seriously mess your final grade up.

I was(like many others) were also on her "shit list". I wasn't complaining about too many assignments. Its just that all of my other classes had like 45-50+ assignments in the quarter. So it was more of a lack of assignments.

I was going to point out some of your mistakes but that has been taken care of. So I am instead going to rip apart a different part of the arguement. That being that you other classes has 50 assignments. That comes out to an average of 5.55 assignments per week. So not only in your other classes did you have an assignment due every day but some time you would have to have more than one assignment do on the same day for the same class, as this doesn't even count taking out the days you didn't have school.

Hold on....My bullshit detector is going off.......

okay I'm back, so any other stories you want to tell us?

High school is a joke, I'm sorry. Just wait for college. I have 2 prelab assignments, 2 lab reports, and 3 standard hw assignments weekly. I also have 10 midterms/finals this quarter.

No bitching about high school please

TG05...I don't see where you're coming from. I'm a junior in HS and I have maybe 3 assignments a week for any given class. I'm taking Honors English and I have a writing project due every week. I also am on a block schedule, meaning I have only 5 classes a day. Therefore, if you were in my school, by your count you would have two A's, a B, a C, and an F. I also probably have a tougher grading scale than you. Our scale says that an A is 100-92.5 B is 92.4-84.5 C is 84.4-75.5 a D is a 75.4-68.5 and an F is a 68.4 and below. You probably have a scale that goes by 10 with an F being 60 and below.

Granted I'm not a football player, but during track season I keep my grades up. My GPA for all 3 years I've been in HS is a 3.25.

Sorry, I just don't see where you're coming from :tongue2:

My HS expierence was based on trying to figure out new ways to skip study hall, getting beer, gettin laid and get high.... Don't remember worrying about grades much. I do know I never did any homework. As I think back, I probably thought it was a rough life. I'd do it all again in a heart beat.

Come to think of it, nothing changed in College either.

We are on a system that goes...90-100=A, 80-89=B, 70-79=C, 60-69=D, and 59 and below=F.

With me being in an honor's class, I get no extra credit towards my GPA or graduation. Hell our school district doesn't even allow "advanced classes"(With the exception of Advanced Placement courses which are college courses). Its just when they make the schedules they "put" all the advanced kids in a class and call it "Challenge". Example being Challenge Algebra, which I was in last year year. We did stuff that was Algebra 2(A course I don't even take until I'm a Junior).

Currently I take, in order from 1st period to last...

1. Personal Fitness(Very easy A)
2. World History
3. Biology
4. Geometry
5. English(My new teacher:biggrin: )
6. Lunch
7. PC Applications(Another easy A)
8. Study Hall(Go Home)

So I don't understand what you mean by "I don't know where your coming from".
