Breezeline SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS. Anyone have any experience with the T-Mobile home internet service?
I cancelled Breezeline and got T-Mobile. I've been really satisfied so far with the customer service and the signal is really strong at our address. We were paying for 500Mbps with Breezeline so, hard to argue with this so far.

Breezeline SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS. Anyone have any experience with the T-Mobile home internet service?

May 22: We had cable, home phone, and internet bundled with WOW for ≈ $165 a month. The end of May Breezeline bought WOWs service in Cleveland and Columbus. They said there would be no rate increase. Actually, we ended up getting a couple more cable channel too, one was ESPNU.

Sep 22: "Mysteriously" without notice Breezeline increased our cable bill to ≈ $183 per month. Called Breezeline to complain and they said they are running a special and we could get a monthly rate of ≈ $149 per month with up to 1000 mpbs internet. They said that increased internet promotion is only for 1 year and after a year the price will go up accordingly unless we call in (next Sep 23) to go back to the original internet speed.

The point being: So far we are happy with Breezeline*; however, (needless to say) they don't automatically give you their best rate and/or any ongoing specials. Sometimes if you call to complain about the price they "magically" come up with a lower price. it never hurts to call and ask.

* So far Breezeline seems to be much more "customer friendly" than our previous cable companies (WOW and before them Time Warner) were.

Fittrack scales. First one kacked out on me, but Amazon sent me a replacement. Now, the replacement has kacked out on me and won't sync with the app or take any measurements other than weight. Anyone have experience with a different brand?

I ordered one from the company in October last year as a Christmas present. No shipment and nothing but "supply chain difficulties" excuses until I finally had to threaten a credit card dispute to get my money back in March. Fuck those guys ....

Our experience could not be more different. Not only was it down constantly, but the customer service was very poor.

My favorite experience was when we called on a Friday because the internet was down, they told us it wasn't an outage in our area, and scheduled a tech to come out the next Tuesday. I called back for some reason and was told that there was, in fact, an outage in our area and even as I was on the phone the service came back, so I cancelled the tech appointment.

The tech showed up anyway. On the following Friday. Three complete days late for the Tuesday appointment that had been cancelled.

Breezeline sucks. The end.

I haven't had issues, but it isn't like Spectrum or AT&T are any better. At least Breezeline doesn't make me bundle a bunch of shit I don't need just to not break the bank for Internet. My 6 months of $30 a month for any speed is up next month so we'll see how difficult it is to roll back from 500 Mbps to 100. Back during prime covid when it was WOW they thought it would be cool to do maintenance in the middle of the day when everyone was trying to WFH. That did suck.
