One of the problems is clearly the recent batch of assistant coaches. Urban came in wanting to hire the best coaches at every position, instead recently he settled for his buddies. Stud, Bill Davis clearly aren't anywhere close to being the best coaches at their positions. I'm not sold at all on Grinch and Taver Johnson. Hartline is unknown as well

In my opinion, the lack of progress is mental. Nobody on this team shows any emotion. Is Meyer scared to take his headaches to the next level and everyone else tip-toeing around that? That offense just walked out on the field with no passion whatsoever.
