Serious question: you're in the market for a HC gig. Tsun and Nebby open. You have either as an option to you. Which job do you take?

Nebby not worse off, but recruiting is gonna suck.

Tsun, in a total dumpster fire and have to start with completely bare cupboards... and likely a new AD.

Man it's not even close. IMO Nebraska would have been a monster the last couple years if Pelini could have reigned in a few of their total meltdowns.
