Yeah, well they still are. Experiences can vary, but the Husker fans in the '96 butt whipping were more polite than the Buckeyes at my hotel before the '07 BCSCG. And I know, every fanbase has them. But ask around, and you will see how the Nebraska fans are held in high esteem. My buddy is a stinking, putrid Nole fan. He went to the FSU-Nebraska game back in the day when Bobby was playing anybody as an independent. When underdog FSU beat the Huskers at home, he said the Nebraska fans gave the Noles a standing ovation as they left the field to honor them.
