Well hate to burst your bubble (I knew there was a reason I thought he was a QB), but he is only a 46 ovr at QB next season.

But, a 89 at WR, 90 at CB, and above 80 at numerous other spots

Who cares if he is only a 46 at QB, not like I would ever pass the ball :sneaky:

89 at WR? 90 at CB? above 80 everywhere? Me thinks I hit the jackpot! So many positions so little time. I can keep him on the field on offense/defense & special teams right?

Hmmmm, I wonder if he can kick too?

Yea, now back the F-off by danky little 3 star QB, don't you have like 15 4/5 stars interested in you! Don't be greedy.........

Or maybe we can work a little deal out, you back off Bly.....I back off Allen in the other dynasty!

Ooooooo I hadn't checked since we advanced. You mean I got up there for Bly? Sweet

And who cares about Allen in the other dynasty, I pass 90% of the time... like I care about losing a RB

I lost again to Virginia. I always suck the first season I have a team. I should export to offline dynasty more.

I cannot stop a team to save my life. I'm giving up about 350 a game in rushing. Virginia's running backs were unstoppable. Simpson had like 6 carries for 200 yards at one point. Each time he broke at least 5 tackles.

No real problems on offense. I think the sliders are perfect there.

I upped tackling ability, a lot, before I advanced to this week, and apparently that didn't help as much as I though it would. FSU's top RB had 10 broken tackles against me. With one of those being a one armed body slam of my 300+lb defensive tackle who had him in the backfield. I will reduce CPU RB Ability before I advance to the next week.

I had no problem with pass rush today. I had 7 sacks against a 94 OVR rated team, with one of them forcing a fumble that was returned for a TD, and I had little to do with any of them. I don't typically control a D-lineman at the snap, but will only take control of them as they close on the QB.

The biggest improvement for me was dropped passes. WR catch was set to 20. I saved the game offline and played FSU on all-american with the exact same sliders that we had in week 1 and Hoyer was 0-6 with receivers having 5 dropped passes, before I started tinkering. Obviously this was not a "Heisman cheating" issue, but something more. I bumped the WR Catch up to 25 and it had a little bit of improvement, but not enough to make it not piss me off. After that, I set every penalty to 5, instead of only having offsides at 5 and everything else at 0. That's what made the difference. My receivers started catching balls that were thrown to them, when they were wide open or slightly covered, but weren't able to take a hit and still catch the ball unless their Catch in traffic rating was high. The new penalty settings apparently had a good affect on QB accuracy too, without ever touching the QB Accuracy slider. Hoyer was no longer throwing behind receivers that I had him lead or vice versa.

I like these sliders a lot. I will adjust CPU RB Ability down 10 or 15 points, but overall I think that this is what we're going to use the rest of Season 1.

CPU RB ability is the only adjustment that I'm making for week 3. That's how I plan on leaving it for now. There might be more tweaks in the future. Right now, I'm just tired of dicking with it, and would like to see how it works over the course of several weeks.

Understandable. I honestly think that they're about as good as they can be. After playing with sliders the other day, I can't seem to figure them out. They don't seem to have any relevance to that specific game play.....

Imagine my surprise when adjusting penalties had more affect on QB accuracy and WR Catch. Crazy.
