NCAA09 PS3 Big Ten-Pac Ten Dynasty (Official Thread)

Ok, so I got off my lazy butt and played my first game Illinois vs. Missouri (with the Heisman Sliders I posted, exception, bumping run blocking and pass blocking on both sides to 5)

I won 24 - 13, it was a very fun game, and entertaining the whole time.

Stats:

Passing:

Juice Williams: 20 - 29 209 Yds, 0 TD's, 2 INTS (both were stupid throws and should have been picks)

C. Daniels: 21 - 30, 233 Yds, 1 TD, 2 INTS (one took back to the house)

Rushing:
Dunfere (sp?) - 19 car 24 Yds, 1 TD
Juice - 6 car 35 Yds 1 TD

Mizzou RB - 8 car 9 yds
Daniels - 2 car 15 yds
Macklin - 1 car 9 yds (got hurt 2nd Quarter)

Giving Illinois rushing game, not tha far fetched, but I think run blocking would benefit to bump both to at least 10 or 15.

Defense:

SACKS - Both teams had 5 sacks, which mean we might want to bump block pass blocking up to 10 both ways, but no more.

INTs - I had probably 5 drops, computer had 1 or 2. I liked where setting was at, both picks I threw deserved to be picked.

Kickoffs were nice, every kick return was right around 30.

I did some mixing of the sliders that Whobe gave us, and the ones that we used before...along with my own bit of tinkering, and I think that this is what I'm going to go with.


Heisman difficulty

Offense:
40/35

Defense:

Special Teams:

Penalties:95,95,50,95,95,95,5,5,5,5,5


This may not work past this first season once people get more speed, but this leagues fastest player is a 96 speed corner, and 'mania is the only one with a RB that has better than 93 spd (95). Most teams, right now, are topping out at 92/93.

Finally found the Heisman sliders (I wrote them down and tried them out, but then I lost the sheet with the sliders)

These are sliders that seem to be used by quite a few online dynasties I see online.

One reason I was really hoping for UCLA. Plus they have MUCH better unis than Oregon. So Smooth has no excuse for not getting a few 5* recruits :biggrin:

I also finished up my preseason stuff last night. Got back into the good graces of the woman and was able to throw stuff out there. Just so many recruiting choices... so little time :biggrin:

TBH, Ucla was my first choice when we were discussing this dynasty. California recruits + awesome uniforms + great stadium = just a little more fun than Toledo.

By the way, it seems we are waiting on someone named CHRISTMAS_NOOB to accept his fucking invite.

I just played a game with these sliders. UCLA @ BYU. It was a fun game that came down to the wire, but I do recommend upping User Catch and User RB Ability a little. I had too many easy drops, and I finished the game with less than 2 yards per carry.
