So... since you are all knowing. How many guys will I be losing this offseason? As that will totally affect my answer

I just know the exact players that effect me. I have an approximation of the other teams that were losing players to the draft or transferring, but haven't committed any of them to memory, because it changes from sim to sim.

Ummmm, it is the middle of the season? How the [censored] do you know they are transfering? And to know they are transfering to Northern Illinois???? Something just seems fishy? Oh wait.. I need to read the stuff I quoted above, eh? But they are transfering cuz they say you broke promises that you say were fulfilled? How did that happen? Or is it one of those "They were my 2nd string RB/QB that I play all the time but they just don't 'start' but they get tons of playing time" Not Wood's fault he lost those recruits in the first place cuz you tried to cash checks that your mouth can't cash

I mentioned that they were all starters for the entire season. Also, I don't know if it tells you why they're transferring. That was an assumption on my part. All potential transfers were promised something. Always playing time and/or No Redshirt. All promises were kept, as all were the best players at their position, and started every game.

I am actually having a pretty [censored]ty recruiting season. I lost the #4 recruit in the nation, and failed in my attempt to get any top 100 player. My highest rated player is #96 and he probable won't even be the best recruit I get at that position, a 400ish rated recruit will probable be better.

I just lost 5 critical recruits the last week of the season and will have to scramble in the offseason to fill some spots. AND I have to reverse another 6 Soft verbals to get a full class.

So how the [censored] am I having the best recruiting season of you guys? You guys must really suck.

This I totally understand. We will have a 2-3 day break and a perfect opportunity to at least try it out. Worst case it is a cluster[censored] and we just reload the backup file someone that isn't me will have to keep. AND if Iron gives me some decent news regarding this (and it really doesn't affect the recruiting stats that much) we might do it in my Dynasty.

And who cares if the Exp, Stabily & Coach Prestige reset. Oh wait... I started with these being Great or better to begin with...

I'm glad that my proposal had at least one item of value. Also, you do know that the only reason that I said that "someone not named Piney" is because of the 1 dynasty per commish rule right? I wasn't just being a dick. I was being a dick with a purpose.

Oh, I have no problem you using it to see how things play out. Like transfers and potential bowl issues. Or I like using it to practice against my next human opponent to get an idea of the abilities of certain players. BUT, it does have some exploitable items that just aren't right so it does have a line of certain things that you could do that I would view as cheating and how BN said, some shady shit.

Oh, I knew that was what you meant. Just me being a smart ass And the proposal does have value, as being in the MAC it isn't like we have loads of talent to begin with so recruiting is tough. So we need to promise some shady things to even get guys to come to our school. Plus the teams are harder to build up with everyone fighting for all the recruits in Midwest.

So I can see the need to prevent players from leaving en mass. Cuz for example if certain freshman on my team leave I am SCREWED. And transfers are the most difficult to deal with. Like I can guess my top junior CB might leave for the NFL, or lose a Jr WR. I can plan for that. But the surprise Frosh transfer just sucks.

I'm leaning against taking it offline because I think the game creates balance in depth by allowing transfers. I can live with it either way though as I really don't have a horse in this race.

I didn't even see his shady shit comment until you mentioned it, and I have to say that I'm a little offended. If I thought that I was doing anything shady, then I would have just left out that part. I sure as fuck wouldn't have brought it to everyone's attention. :tongue2:

You just don't realize how much Ohio kicks ass eh? I have 5 items that are Great or better, and that doesn't include playing time & proximity to home. And then I have pipelines to California, Texas & Georgia

That is why I grabbed him, got my 6'4 big burners last year. Needed a midget for the slot. Hopefully he can crack the top 5 WRs next year so I don't have to redshirt him
