I just looked at the BCS standings. I was jumped by 3 two loss teams. Thats a heart breaker. Way to ruin it IBI.

We have advanced to Bowl Week 3. WOOD, buchtel, WhoBe, Basebuck, fanatic, BN27, and myself all have games this week.
Don't fuck up....I mean, good luck.
I won't be able to play my game until tomorrow night. If everyone has finished. I will advance to the offseason after I play.

I am going on vacation (coming home to Ohio actually), from Thursday - Tuesday. It really wont impact Piney's league, but depending on how quickly we move in this league, it may hurt recruiting or end of off season stuff here.
How close are we to advancing into the off-season? I know it was only this morning that we advanced, but havent checked the PS3 lately. There is a chance that I could take my PS3 with me, but I am not real sure how I feel about taking it on the plane.

Warning! This post is a cluster[censored] of ideas. If you don't understand everything stated. You're likely not alone. Ask questions...I'll try to answer them.
The schedule is going to be different this offseason for a couple of reasons:
1) I am going to take the Dynasty offline for the players leaving and transfers portions to see if it is going to be a royal pain in the ass to do so in the future. The reason that I am doing this is because I am not the only one losing players this season. I am, however, one that is losing at least 3 true freshman starters that I promised playing time. All of them have been starters the entire year, and I'd like to talk them into staying. My decision is not 100% selfish though. After several offline sims to next season. Just about everyone was losing at least one player to the draft or to another school.
2) Buckeyemania will be back online after Sunday and I'd like to give him the entire offseason to right the ship with Miami.
This is what the schedule could look like.
Advance to the offseason tonight, at the earliest. Possibly as late as Wednesday night. I think that it was just me, BN27, and buchtel that needed to play our bowl game.
Once we are in the offseason, I will save the dynasty offline, and then retire from the online dynasty. I will post everyone's players leaving, their OVR rating, and the reason for leaving. Anyone with players leaving will then post how much time they want to spend talking each player into coming back. I will make up to 3 pitches to a player. If no decision is made, then the guy is gone.
This is likely what the format for this process will look like.
I will make the pitch and let everyone know their results. Then I will move on to transfers and then recruiting. I will then send out invites and everyone will have until Wednesday January 21st to get their first week of recruiting in.
Since we are going offline, I will need a backup. Before I retire the dynasty. If anyone not named Piney is online when I advance, I will ask them to log on and save the dynasty as an offline dynasty too. That way we have some coverage in case my PS3 explodes.
