Seantrel is free to head elsewhere. Whether that will be somewhere besides prep school remains to be seen.jwinslow;1727013; said:

This is a note to all USC players who are thinking about transferring.
USC is one of the greatest Universities on the planet. The USC network is unsurpassed. Any person who is part of the Trojan family will have that network to draw on all their lives. The network provides links to the professional world that no other schools network can offer. It is pretty much a given that any man who has played football for USC and got a degree from USC will be successful and will have a leg up in the professional world just because they have a degree from USC. The network will assure that there are the best most high paying jobs available to USC grads.
By transferring players are showing that they put them selves first and are also showing that they will run away from something when the going gets tough. Those that don't transfer will be showing that they are willing to fight and to stick it out when times are rough. Transferring does not look good on a resume, it indicates a give up attitude.
When you transfer to another school the other players will look at you as a threat to their success. You will have to give up a whole network of friends and start new in a hostile environment.
How have other football players fared that have transferred from USC to other schools? Look at J. Holland who transferred to Oregon. He is considered a bust! Look at Micheal Moody who transferred to Florida. Not doing so hot is he!
Those that transfer and then bad mouth USC or try to recruit other players have never ever been successful on the field or in life. There are many examples. For some reason, what comes around goes around.
So to the players that are thinking about transferring, think about the long term. Look at the big picture. There is so much more to life then playing right now. USC has more to offer you by staying here then any other school can ever offer you. You came to USC because you knew that! You came to USC for all the reasons I have stated. Now it is your duty to stay and USC, support your University and stick with her in good and bad times! JUST STAY AT USC!
FIGHT ON!
Long Live The Thundering Herd!
BEAT THE Warriors!
