I don't believe law enforcement agencies are empowered to release critical evidence in criminal investigations to outside parties.

People have entirely too high an expectation of what the NCAA can reasonably accomplish in suppressing cheating.

This whole ordeal with LSU doing the right thing by suspending Wade and Smart? They clinched their first SEC title in forever and held up signs saying “Free Will Wade” and “Free Smart.” Well, smart ain’t free and apparently judging by how smart they are, it’s pretty damn expensive. But the AD has to go.

Aside from whether the AD is a competent AD, I think these people just don’t have a phone or know what one is. Therefore, the evidence against their coach and player is just some ol’ Cajun witchcraft.

Well, that could get interesting. Depending upon what site you like at Arizona currently has one of the top five recruiting classes in the country. I wonder what happens to those recruits when Miller departs.

It also could get interesting if USC feels the heat because they have a highly ranked recruiting class as well.
