Me:Well, that was utter bullshit. Officiating just got worse and worse. They handed that championship to Louisville. Call me bitter, whatever. I'm able to admit when the team I root for just wasn't the better team. Not the case tonight. They got away with murder in the paint and in any scrum. Would have been a great game with competent officiating.
Scum fan:Were we watching the same game? I actually made a post elsewhere with about 5 minutes left Congratulating Michigan on the championship that the refs were gifting them with all the calls. Every time michigan drove the lane it was a foul, while Louisville would get hacked on 2 and 3 shot attempts down low without a single call. What was the foul count before the mandatory fouling the last minute? 17 to 5 or so? Heck, the refs still were hesitant to call a foul on yellow when they were hacking Louisville on purpose. It was poorly called all around, but if anything I thought it actually favored the Wolverines in the 2nd half.
There is zero purpose in you and I having this discussion, so let's not.
