Yup, so new recruits are worthless in those matchups. But that 4th/5th season, those recruits will finally be useful, huzzah!

Yes. They tried to pass it off as the byproduct of trying to fix things in one direction, which means the other end of the spectrum might be neglected.

Yeah, I know what you're saying, but I don't that's quite it though. Even when I use my lesser rated backups (with mass subs) I consistently create havoc with my LE. I struggle more with the RE, even when the RE is higher rated (mid-80s vs mid-70s). and when I move the mid-80 guy to to the LE spot, then he does better as well.

It's probably best that I start another dynasty with a lesser team to get a better feel for the situation. I need to do that anyhow so that I can have a better challenge with my games.

Update: I've played through half of the third season in my dynasty, all of it since the LTP. My DEs can still get pressure, but my sacks are way down. My DTs seem to be getting better pressure now, bu that's with Simon and Goebbel and they are both 90+ OVR.

Also, it's more difficult for my DBs to catch interceptions, as they seem to have more drops than before.

Berry is a beast and his on his way to winning the Heisman. He seems to get dinged up quite a bit, and Hall is pretty awesome when he steps in to cover for him when he's injured.

The problem is who do you take out to add him? Probably Roderick Smith, but he;s a comparable talent, younger, and will have easier attributes to use (better speed).

Sorry if this is late, but I got the game later than I usually do this year. Theres a free roster from user buckeye2 (It may have been buckeye02, it's one or the other). I've only played one game thusfar with Notre Dame vs. Michigan, so far the roster seems good (Haven't seen any glaring inconsistencies, but I'll go over it and make adjustments to the names if needs be).

I'm liking the little extra things this year, like the special entrances and the college gameday preview before the game. Makes it feel more like you're watching a game on Saturday. Seems like ever since they released on PS3 the opening was pretty cut and dry. I did notice that when the Notre Dame players are coming out of the locker room and hitting the "Play Like a Champion Today" sign they cycle the same 6 or 7 players hitting the sign twice :lol: They change camera angles in-between, but I don't even think they changed the order they appeared in.

Well, today I realized how terrible Oklahoma's pass rush and secondary we're against Arkansas. Complete shootout. The worst part, is I should have had several key stops. Ended up losing 41-48.

That said. The guy was terrible on defense. I mean, I made him work for it - but he went no-huddle, tons of motion. I simply lined up against 8 and 9 man fronts and had Murray go to the tune of 17 rushes for 187 yards... The kid played like it was NCAA 09 or 10.

I lost, bit upset over that, but I won't be playing as OU anytime soon now.
