I'm finding this game to feel almost exactly like last year's. I've had to change very little while playing online.

If I could make a suggestion, Air Force's playbook works great for OSU. It has lots of run plays for the RBs and for the option (I form, wishbone and shotgun). There are also more than enough pass plays to get by.

I went something like 70-12 using that playbook with OSU in NCAA 2010, and I'm 5-0 so far. I'd like to hear what other people do with OSU while playing online.

This game does not feel like last years game to me. Feels like Madden 10 though. There is much better depth in passing and there are much better combination routes that create spacing with defenders. Super LB/NB come in to play when you throw bullet passes too much still.

I will say though, Heisman is unplayable. Instead of better teams and players, you get wide open dropped passes, DL morphing through OL to sack me virtually immediately, fumbles galore, robo QB and passes that go straight through my defense for completions.

Just played the second game of my dynasty I've seemed to have found pretty decent sliders.....game was fun and competitive. Of course that all changed in the 4th quarter. All of a sudden every time I made a play it was called back for holding. LB's on the other team jumping 30 feet to pick off my passes. My LB's dropping chances for INT's that hit them right in the hands, dropped balls by my receivers that could have went for huge plays, and of course the computer is able to march down the field for the game winning drive when they couldn't move the ball on me the entire game. I'd honestly rather get blown out then have the cheap crap the computer seems to get in the end of games......grrrrrrrr

On All-American? If so, I've made a good set of sliders without Robo QB/most drops/super LBs...

And I've had a problem kicking FG's and XPT's...I'll have the meter go all the way up to push up on the RS and it won't register. Anyone have that happen and fix it so they can pinpoint for me what exactly I'm doing? It doesn't happen every time but about 40% I kick the ball. Thanks

A couple of years ago, a huge flaw with Madden was the fact that there were too many fumbles. Hell, I started diving before getting tackled because of this. It pretty much rendered the game unplayable.

Nice going, EA. Just when we thought the problem was fixed, you brought it back in a new game.

playing an online game, I was Wisconsin vs Penn State

down 27-21 with 2 seconds left at 8 yard line, one play to win it

Nick Toon wide open in the end zone, perfect throw.......

and he drops it, a guy with a 93 catch rating

[censored]ing EA

FYI, there's a down side to the new way the Bowl season is scheduled. The Bowls used to be spread out over three or four weeks. Now it's basically just one week to make Online Dynasties keep moving.

The problem is, let's say Pryor goes down, and he needs those extra weeks to heal before the National Championship Game, well, those weeks are gone.

Playing for the MNC with Bauserman under center kind of sucks.

How about this for something being poorly thought out by EA...

So I have the ball (I'm UC, playing a guy who is Georgia Tech), down by 6 with under a minute left. I have no time outs. I get a completion down to the 45 yard line to convert a 4th down. I hold in Y to run no-huddle, but it doesnt seem to work. So I hold it down again, and press A, to run the same play again... and I line up for a field goal. Apparently, the first time I pressed Y, it was too early, and the 2nd time was too late... so it put me in the special teams play selection. (Anyway, I sat there without anything to do since I was out of time outs, and you apparently can no longer audible out of a field goal. I thought I'd at least have another 20 seconds left on the clock after waiting for the play clock to run down... but the computer decided to automatically kick the ball at the sidelines as the playclock was about to run out.)

Why would EA make Y the shortcut to special teams, when it already fulfills a position as a play is ending? This was easily my most frustrating experience playing NCAA Football online.

Does anyone know how to sprint to the line? I called a play with 8 seconds left yesterday, held the old sprint to the line button, and they slowly strolled up to the line giving me a delay of game penalty. That drive stalled and the game was downhill from there.

They made the playcalling screen too graphical, which makes it take a lot longer to scroll through plays. I guess that's the trade-off for the no-huddle system (which should have involved some means of subbing on defense (have 1 or 2 defenders sprint off right after a tackle is made if a package switch is initiated quickly).

Tapping X hurries them to the line. A for you poor Xbox folks
