I played that play in practice about 50 times in a row with hartline pitching it to small. It's funny how often it is messed up before it starts with hartline taking a slightly different a route messing up the timing. It only works for me about 10-15% of the time. When it does, it's great!

What formation is this play under? Does practicing before a game even help much? I started using Playmakers sliders for this game because i was killing everyone on AA and can't play on Heisman. I could hang with USC (in third year dynasty) until about the third quarter and then the flood gates would just open. They would catch everything and break every tackle with their WR's. But on a good note I destroyed MU!

I started off on Heisman but I'm playing great in year 2.

What kind of D are you running? I rarely blitz and play a lot of man... usually I'll use my MLB as a spy because thats more effective than a zone there I've learned.

I've been trying to switch things up lately. Tried switching to a 3-3-6 as my base D. Tried running some zone and that worked ok, but slants still raped me. I also get torched on Man D. I like to blitz a lot and that's probably my problem. I can stop the run with no trouble, but a 5 year old could pass on me. I also suck terribly bad at passing, but I can run the ball on anyone most of the time. I think I need to start recruiting some more Pro-Style QB's. The option rarely has an impact anymore, unless used in the exact right formation/situation.
