No F'n way man. Pierce did his usual. He started his bob and weave manuever before Kobe even closed on him. It's absolutely a signature move Pierce has utilized for years. I've commented on it about 6 times this playoffs. It's the equivalent to a flop on the defensive end, except Paul has learned how to do it on the other end of the court.

Just to take this one step further....even if he doesn't get that initial lbump call at the top of the key like he got tonight, if he turns the corner and goes for a shot, he gets lot's of continuation calls too. It's a bullshit move that he has absolutely perfected.

Props to him I guess, although the league should be all over it by now.

I am absolutely rooting against the Lakers. I hate Kobe.

I just wish the general public or a broadcaster or anyone would comment on that damn Paul Pierce acting job.

It's bullshit b/c 3 things happen every time he does it:

1. He gets the call
2. He doesn't get the call but he turns the corner easily b/c a player knows if he is too aggressive he will get called for sure b/c Pierce already looks like he's being molested
3. He doesn't get the call and he bitches all the way back down the court as though the official missed the contact.

This isn't soccer. I just wish players could self-regulate like the old days b/c that shit would stop real quick.

I agree with your premise that Posey and House stepped up big when they had too, but the call against Kobe on Paul essentially ended the game.

Less than 40 seconds left, Celtics up by 2, Pierce acts like he's being rided when he isn't being touched, gets the call and makes both free throws.

4 point lead, less than 40 seconds.

That hurts badly.

posey had more points than kobe tonight...he played fantastic....i am still in a state of shock..i am used to my favorite teams blowing it instead of taking it...the play that ended the game was allen BLOWING by sasha and gasol deciding to watch him do it

Posey was ice cold all night with exception to the last few minutes. He came up huge in the end. Hi sperimiter shooting was as bad as I had seen up to that point though.

i am talking overall..i thought he played strong defense and stepped up when needed....he hit 4 3's....bill what team do you cheer for?

how did you get roped into that awful avatar?? i like cleveland..if they would have beaten boston i was all behind them...cleveland gets a few pieces i can see them moving past detroit as one of the 2 best in the east...and honestly...the cavs played the best defense against boston i have seen this year...

i just want to win it...love to do it in 5 or would love to see it in boston..lakers best years are ahead of them...they are young...BTW you avatar looks great..i think you should keep it
