TV Ted strikes again. NC State leads Lipscomb 91-88, 40 seconds left, Lipscomb has the ball. Ted stops play and asks the Lipscomb player if he asked for time out. He hadn't. Lipscomb then can't get the ball in bounds and has to use a time out. But Ted got his face time as everyone, including the other refs, wondered WTF he was doing.

Lipscomb won 3 road games to get to MSG where they'll face Wichita State. Texas-TCU is the other semifinal.

Kid dropped 44 for Lipscomb. That game was wild.

Wichita State had an 11 point lead with under 9 minutes to play but Lipscomb stormed back to win, 71-64.

Texas-TCU meet in the second semifinal at MSG in about 25 minutes. TCU won both meetings with the Horns this season.

Some of this is familiarity (and losing the first 2 meetings), but Texas is all over TCU. Will they have the same intensity for Lipscomb?

Before dismissing the Bisons (yes, "Bisons"), Lipscomb beat TCU by 9 in Fort Worth early in the season. They shouldn't be intimidated.
