Multiple shootings at Va Tech

Message from President Karen A. Holbrook:

At 3 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, April 18, the chimes of Orton Hall, on the Oval, will play the Virginia Tech alma mater in memory of those individuals who lost their lives Monday on the campus of Virginia Tech University.

Following the chimes, please join the entire Ohio State University campus in a moment of silence, so each of us, in our own way, can offer our private thoughts and prayers on behalf of victims of this terrible tragedy. Wherever you may be at 3 p.m., please pause and join the entire campus community for a moment of reflection.

I am completely for praying and supporting the families of the victims, but I really do not want to hear about how "all of us are hokies" right now. I feel for them as fellow americans and human beings, but I think that stamping the VT logo all over the place is a little much.

You mean VT facebook? Mine's been running fine tonight.

hmmm may just be mine and they are working on my profile or something because nothin is comin through for me. i say the news provided no dire info because in the dire moments of the whole event they didn't propose anything that anybody else could not have found out about. i found out the names of the dead way before they ever did, they did not air before the second shooting to in some way alert anybody of the matter. information was skewed, stolen, and falsified on numerous accounts. they get a failing grade on this one.

anyone watching msnbc right now? the guy they're interviewing (tribune writer) sounds like a duck.

i'm not watching it but if he is speaking of something logical then i would rather hear his voice than the other idiots that speak on there like nancy grace on cnn. i want to kill myself for being a human being after hearing those people.

by the way i think everybody will get a kick out of this. from what i heard there is coalition of VT students already getting together to put this down.
